For rentals, one membership covers Rhem and its service, with no initiation fee or cancellation fee. Cancel anytime to stop your next renewal; your membership stays active through your paid billing period or prepaid term. Return shipping is on us. You have 30 days after your membership ends to ship Rhem back using our prepaid label, with no additional membership payment while it is in transit. Destinations and dispatch
U.S. Founder Edition orders ship from our California warehouse. Shipments for all preorders are scheduled for January 20–31, 2027. These dates refer to dispatch to your address; transit time is additional. Canadian ordering is not open yet. We will confirm Canadian shipping arrangements when ordering becomes available.
Paid preorders are available for delivery to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and Washington, D.C. Ordering is not open for Canada or U.S. territories.
If we cannot dispatch within the estimate provided when you ordered, we will email you with a revised estimate and the option to agree to the delay or cancel for a full refund. We will obtain any consent required by law and refund orders when required consent is not received.
Important order changes
If we cannot supply an important promised feature or your selected product or accessory, we will explain the proposed change before customer dispatch. You may expressly accept the change or cancel your unshipped order for a full refund. Silence does not count as acceptance; we do not substitute an accessory without agreement.
Canceling an unshipped preorder
You may cancel for a full refund before any part of your order is dispatched to your delivery address. Manufacturing or moving inventory between our suppliers and fulfillment locations does not end this right. We do not charge a pre-shipment cancellation fee.
Email cancel@rhem.ai from the address used to order, with your order number, purchaser name, delivery address and request to cancel. We issue the full refund, including taxes and import estimates collected for the canceled order, to the original payment method within seven working days, or sooner where required. Your bank may take additional time to display it.
